Midtown Custom Homes is a luxury residential custom design and construction firm based in Raleigh, NC. We understand that building a new home can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we also know how exciting it can be to go through the process of picking your plan, making your selections, and actually being able to walk into your dream home and know that it's yours!
Our Project Manager and General Contractor, Travis Lam, has overseen the building of over 50 custom homes in the past 7 years. Travis brings his countless hours of experience, expertise, and eye for detail to all Midtown Custom Homes projects. He is on site daily and oversees all contractors, ordering and delivering materials, along with coordinating all scheduling; to ensure that homes are completed and ready for our clients in a timely manner.
Our team will keep your project moving forward with scheduled appointments for selections and guidance on color and style when desired. Laura Siegmund is responsible for all administrative tasks and design selections as well as marketing and client relations. Laura brings 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and advertising and also has a background in time management.
