He has been a licensed General Contractor for 10 years and a licensed real estate agent for an impressive 17 years, making him exceptionally knowledgeable in both fields. Growing up in the Triangle and being an alumni of UNC, Travis has an intimate understanding of the local area. His hands-on approach to the entire building process allows him to envision the big picture for each home and bring it to life.

Laura Siegmund, a Partner and Designer has over a decade of experience in custom home building and real estate. As a Raleigh native and NCSU graduate, Laura has a deep connection to the area and its unique real estate landscape. Her meticulous hand-picked selections and expertise in the field make her an invaluable member of our family-owned business. With a decade of experience as a licensed Realtor, Laura ensures that our clients have a seamless and informed home-buying experience.

Mason Siegmund, our Land Development and Project Manager, plays a pivotal role in our operations. With a hands-on, day-to-day approach, Mason ensures that every detail is meticulously taken care of. He brings 5 years of experience in the building industry and holds a degree in Business Development and Entrepreneurship. As a Raleigh native and a licensed real estate agent for 3 years, Mason has a deep-rooted connection to the local community.

With 5 years of experience in customer relations and 3 years in the residential building industry, Morgan enjoys collaborating closely with clients to bring their unique visions to life.
